Good morning everyone. Happy 4th!

I was wondering if anyone knew of information about the Smith's creek development.

Also, I was looking at houses and fell in love with Plantation Pointe. Are there any similar developemnts in Clayton? I have a child who will be in 2nd grade so elementary schools are an issue.
