Please share your experience of either places. I would like to sell some items soon. Thank you.

I have sold items to Kid 2 Kid in Cary. It was an "alright" experience. I opted to take the credit, as they give 20% more if you do so. However, the prices I received for my items was very low. The staff is nice and at the time, you did not need an appointment to bring in your items (not sure if that's the case anymore). After selling to them once, I opted to put my items in a bin and twice a year, I tag and sell at the Kids Exchange at the Fairgrounds.

Kid 2 Kid is convenient because you can walk in at any time, but you don't get much $. Children's Orchard - they only buy on certain days. Their inventory is more high-end and dressy clothing. I don't know what they pay but their stuff is more expensive.
