I know everyone is talking about hummingbirds being on the way but when do they begin the journey south? In other words when should we bring the feeders back inside?

Late Sept...or until they stop coming to your feeder altogether.

They're here. One just gave me a little wink and flew away from the feeder

Success at last!

After having feeders out for a month I just saw a female feeding!!!!

I am ridiculously happy to know they are back in my little corner of the world!

I hung a nectar feeder at the beach place last week. I didn't have any at the feeder by the time I left for Raleigh yesterday. Now I'm going to have to keep fresh nectar in feeders three hours away from each other
