Parking is a bit tough around there; observe signs!
You should post this as a new thread, it is good information and it will get lost here.
I drove by here this weekend and around the back side of the site. The erosion control and silt fences are up around a majority of the site. If you drive down Pine Plaza on the Kroger side near the apartments, you can see they have started clearing from the back of the site and are working their way towards 64. It will probably be quite a shock for people when they cut down the last trees along 64 and everyone sees the wide open site. I don't know exactly when it's opening, but judging from the speed that they build these kind of developments I would estimate late fall.
since 95% of a Costco is just concert open space I'd think construction time would be fairly short compared to other structures. Hope this new Costco helps reduce the traffic (foot) at the current site in Raleigh.
I was at Ruckus Pizza in Cary this weekend. The owner told me they will be opening a new location in this shopping center.
Wow that local chain is really expanding. I enjoy the location in Morrisville and the original one in Raleigh....Go Pack!
