Has the drought improved in North Carolina?
We are considering a move, but are concerned about this issue.
Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks

Yes, it's improved, but we have a long way to go. The last rain we had helped by adding a foot of water to Falls Lake. I think that's what it was. And we're "supposed" to get more in the next few days.

It's not like we're turning on the tap and having dust clouds come out of the faucet yet.

We got some much needed rain and it certainly helped. Here is a link that gives the latest on the drought situation in NC. At this point we are still in a terrible drought and am managing it best we can. The rains will come eventually and we will get through this.
