This comes on SuperFast, be cautious... Wash your hands as often as you can. My daughter started feeling tired and under the weater yesterday, Me too, I couldn't get enough sleep.

Today, we felt so bad we made emergency doctor's appointment. We have both been diagnosed with the Flu. The Doctor started immediately asking for the names of all family members. She wrote prescriptions for everyone who lives in my house. I think she said we were to be added to the "list".

This comes on SuperFast,

here's the symptoms:

Tired
fever above 100 suddenly. ( we were each at 103)
cough ( dry)
Chills ( We have severe chills)
Killer headache
Body aches
nausea

This is the first year we didn't get the Flu shot, due to our move here.
It's not too late for the vaccine.

Wash your hands. We're all on Tamiflu, and I'm also on antibiotics as a precation because I have Asthma. I was told this flu can cause pnemonia.

Be careful out there, watch those grocery cart handles.

Feel better soon Patty.

I didn't have my shot this year either as I couldn't find out where to get one. I will make a point of finding out early next winter.

Rumor has it that one of the local elementary schools sent 70 kids home with the flu this week. Ugh. Stay healthy everyone.

A good friend of mine is a doctor at a local urgent care and she told me she saw 6 cases last weekend, and all of the patients had had the flu shot! Not even nice!

Definitely feel better, get rest. My kids got it last year, and the doctor gave us all tamiflu as well...........it certainly helped my kids quite a bit.

It's not just the Triangle, but all of NC and most of the U.S. now.

Lol the only time I got the flu was when I got my flu-shot. That thing gave me the chills and I got really dizzy. I steer clear of those things now!

The flu vaccine is a good match for only about 40 percent of this year's flu viruses, officials at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said today.

Yeah, its only a guess of what strain of flu they think will catch on in the upcoming year. There is no telling how many times the virus will mutate. Evolution in human years.
