I had a tree fall in a neighbors yard this summer and they sent their yard guy around tel tell me it would be $400 to chop it up if I moved the pieces. I told him to get the money from the neighbors if they needed it doing straight away otherwise I would do it during the next week - which is what happened

There are people who will send letters to their neighbor every year and tell them the tree appears to be dead and keep picture evidence. If the tree falls on their house, those people are in luck
