A look at our mid morning storm-total snowfall accumulation update. Have raised values, especially west of the Triangle where 2"+ reports are already streaming in. Expect 5 - 7" in these areas with a localized 8" amount possible. Roads already becoming hazardous. #NCwx

It just began to snow here...but like many..no accumulations to speak of yet as nothing is sticking...

youre not alone haha. i went to work at 830 and left at 930 along with several others fr m my dept.

who else is gonna have extra work now tomorrow?

Half a foot may be a modest total from this storm. Some areas could get 10 inches.

The shower of white frozen misery has begun outside my apartment here in South Raleigh. I moved 500 miles south from home to escape this sort of thing but it appears I'll never be fully rid of it lol.

Do we really need continuous live coverage of a modest snow event on all the networks? I can look out the window and see that it's snowing! Take all the news vehicles off the road and send the folks home to be with their families. Talk about fake news.
