^ This was my exact experience with them. I worried not about them stealing anything, the guys were super to work with. This was my first "in-town" move, where cost was important. The 7 previous ones were corporate relo's, where the only coordination we had to do, was be at the house for packing / loading. I would put the quality of the work similar to any of the top tier national movers that specialize in high dollar relo contracts.

Polite to the extreme.

I suppose I should clarify that their rates are likely different depending on the difficulty of the move (number of rooms, amount of heavy pieces, stairs, obstacles, etc). I wouldn't want anyone to interpret my post to mean that's what they charge across the board.
