Well seeing you're such a worldly traveler who's been around the state and knows everything about anything, I would think even you of all people when looking to relocate would consider cost of housing and how well a town is run when making a choice of where to next lay some roots down.

As usual, you missed the point here so let me make it elementary for you: "nice as hell" is an ignorant comment, usually used by someone who lacks more coherent, educated and mature ways of expressing himself. So considered yourself "schooled".
