Good to know. Thanks so much! Btw, any thoughts on Knightdale?
I live in Knightdale, except "North Raleigh" which is a vague and large expanse of the county, it would be inconvenient for yuo. The flip side is you get good bang for your buck at some of the newer apartments.

How long would a commute be on 540 from North Raleigh to Knightdale? I haven't done it recently, but I've driven from Midtown Raleigh to Knightdale using city streets in about 30 minutes or less.

My wife drives to a client across from Ravenscroft in 20-30 minutes, to another by the Home Depot on Strickland in about 20 minutes. Her previous job at more or less Creedmoor and Norwood could take 20 minutes at off hours but if there was an accident, 45 at rush hour pre-covid.
My house to Trader Joes/Wegmans in Midtown is 15 minutes.
First time poster wants to thank everyone for their input. I'm finding all this information very helpful! Btw, Apex rentals seem higher than Brier Creek. Any thoughts on good apartments to rent in either area?
I would venture to guess that's because Apex has newer stock, since it just started booming recently and has been mostly SFHs. I would contact management and see if there are deals to be had. I have a young co worker who negotiated with several places and ultimately settled on a new place on Lake Boone Trail where she says she got an amazing deal and her friends can't believe what she's paying.
