Lowes or Home Depot, gardens or kitchen/bath department. Pick one with a Starbucks next door.
Get a mani-pedi.
Book stores. Heck, B&N has a coffee shop.
I got hit up at Harris Teeter, and, boy, did she evaporate when Heartthrob stepped out from behind the car!
