I have received a considerable amount of interest for a public golf league. Here are the final details:
We will meet this Wednesday, July 16th at the RGA golf course in Raleigh off of Tryon Rd, not far from I-40. Please be there by 5:30pm. RGA is a first come, first serve golf course so there will not be any tee times.
If you would, please send me an email so that I can put you on my raleigh golf league list. It will be much easier for me to communicate with everyone that way.

I'm newly retired (early 50's) and want to start playing during the week, or maybe find or join a golf league that plays Monday through Thursday (preferred). Shoot in the 100's on a really lousy day, 90's on a typical day, 80's on a great day, and 70's in my dreams. Looking for other golfers to join me. Any interest let me know.

check out www.findagolfer.com started by some guys that were looking for someone to play with. They play quite a bit at local courses especially Eagle Ridge
Kenny, I started using findagolfer.com too. in fact, we are playing tomorrow at the Neuse in Clayton at 11:30am.

I am very interested in forming a Church based golf league say one weekday nite maype 9 holes starting around 5:30.
does anybody have any feed back on this topic?
I am looking to start a 9 hole evening golf league in the Raleigh area. None of the local courses have open leagues to play in, so I am trying to get at least 12 people that would like to play once per week. If you are interested, please let me know and I will get back to you with more details.
