I am new to town, what are some of the different fourth of july festivities. I have seen the ones for Apex and it looks neat. apexnc.org

If you're disappointed by the lack of response, it's probably because this question has been answered so often recently. You could try a search - not only using "Fourth of July" but also "fireworks."

I posted on this recently and somebody told me about kevin costner and his band playing in the bulls stadium in durham b/c of the anniversary of the movie bull durham. Then you can watch fireworks from the stadium afterwards. Its only like 15 bucks for two tickets
