I'm seeking for some herbs, hopefully dried, in the triangle area. I can't seem to find any info online, and I don't want capsules or anything out of a bottle. Anybody have any ideas?

I don't know any old guys named Herb. I am assuming you want an old one since you asked for him to be dried. :-).....sorry, I couldn't resist.
I haven't specifically looked for herbs, let alone 'dried out' herbs, but you could try Whole Foods in Raleigh or Cary or Harmony Farms in N. Raleigh. I don't know the stores in CH, but I'm sure there are at least a couple of them that carry natural foods.
I don't know which ones you want, but Whole Foods does indeed sell many herbs and spices in bulk. You simply pour them into a small plastic bag and pay by weight. I have little jars at home that keep full this way. And it's a great way also to buy a small amount for a recipe - which usually ends up costing mere pennies!
If there is a specific herb you are looking for, let us know.
