I don't know of any explorers that would give out addresses and even if they did it would never be in public...

If you cross the old bridge in Bynum (old 15/501, I think) there is an old factory that probably is what you are looking for. It's in a pretty "off the beaten path" location, and likely has others doing what you do. I've come across it on a bike ride, and thought it would be cool to explore.
