get a NC Realtor where you're going to buy, and they will be able to answer that question.

In some NC markets, they'll want to know where you stand in the contingency of sale of your NJ home.

In some, they'll want to know there is no contingency anymore.

In some, if you can still fog a mirror, you could write a "true" contingent offer tomorrow.

Omg, please ignore Zillow.

I looked at a home that was $599k this weekend, Zestimate was $829k.

Saw another house for $629k, Zestimate was $487k.

A great agent who knows your specific area will be able to help you sort that out.
