Well it tuns out he actually did send the purchase agreement but the loan officer lost it or something. Then the loan officer forgot to set up the appraisal and did not realize it until I called days later asking why it had not been done. He argued with me and insisted we never paid them for it. Then he magically produces our credit card number and submits the payment 7 days after we thought it was taken care of. The appraisal is now pushed back to the end of next week. So far this has been rather stressful.
