No! I don’t believe in first love at first sight. Need to see the entire house first just like knowing someone before saying I like you.

How many of you are the same way? or do you have to see a bevy of homes to find "the one"?
I've been looking for a few years now and haven't really fallen for any of them. The one that felt most like "home" to me didn't have a garage so I had to pass on it. Then there was one that looked perfect that I never got the chance to view. Basically, if it has gleaming hardwood floors, is clean and in perfect move in condition, and in my price range- I'll probably love it!

Oh absolutely, as an old house junkie I have fallen in love several times. With my first house I wasn't even looking to buy, just showing off a street I love and there was the for sale sign. I have bought over a dozen houses over the years (most are rentals) and I almost never set out to buy a house - I just stumble across them at a price too good to resist. It's not just the money: there is something about the house that causes a "ping" in my heart. Sometimes the house isn't officially for sale but I have radar that picks up on an abandoned house then I contact the owner.
