I'm looking for a home now so I have a list of deal breakers and won't even look at homes with them.


Tile flooring throughout entire home.


Kitchen without enough counter/work space.


Small rooms.

1) HOA
2) eletrical/plumbing not up to date
3) Foundation problems

Actually an unsafe neighborhood is also a deal breaker. So I have 4 absolutely positively guaranteed deal breakers.
