“Lying about the connotations”? Mike, I am simply showing you your own words and asking you a question about them. Why don’t you explain the connotations?
LOL
Show me "carte blanche" in my words.
It's not in THAT blog post. It's not in this thread. Show me.

Oh I’m sorry. I didn’t realize that was the connotation that you were referring to. OK, if that’s not your position, then would you agree that sellers do not have the right to take advantage of the current market and provide no repairs or credits?

Thanks, Mike. So if I am understanding your eloquent two word response correctly, you are saying that there are circumstances in which a seller would be expected to provide repairs or credit for those repairs, correct? If so, can you explain what some of those situations would be?
I give up. Read your question and my answer and look up the difference between lawyer and attorney. Moving on...
Agree with everyone else that this thread should die now. The question has been asked and answered.
what on earth are you talking about? In the US in 2021, lawyer and attorney are synonyms. I say this as someone who has been practicing law since the late 1980s. You are apparently not a bar admitted attorney, although you seemingly are claiming to have attended law school. Your posts make me a bit skeptical even of that though, because you demonstrate a failure to grasp some basic first year law school concepts.

This is my old buddy and fan, just_because . He has been tossed here multiple times for this same behavior.
Obsession.
If he is an attorney, or even a lawyer, I am Pope Mike the 2021st!
Now, I figure I need to check my google reviews, my yelp reviews, etc, now, as he posted multiples on Yelp, which Yelp actually removed. He even spoofed Diana Holbrook to leave one from PNW, and when that came down, he duplicated it in SFO Yelp.
Google ethic is similar to his, and that "review" stands.

You have some catching up to do. I am a J.D. Not an Esq. But if someone asks about my legal qualifications, yes, I’m a lawyer or have a law background. And I’d like you to point out which concepts you’re alleging that I’m failing to grasp, considering the only concepts that have been discussed are contract elements. Can you be specific? I’d love to prod your undoubtedly brilliant legal mind.

I will say that I’m shocked at the willingness of professional realtors to engage in petty insults and unfounded slandering just because they’re getting a kick out of the gang mentality that has evolved out of this thread. I do hope your clients can read each and every one of your comments, not only the tone but the substance of some of your responses as it may relate to protecting their interests. I don’t think I’d be inclined to hire realtor that told me, “When we find you a house, take it leave it. No negotiations. We realtors don’t do that anymore.”
Nah, the realtors on here have been spot on, you however, lol, thanks for the entertainment!

Whoa, slow down... there’s no “spot on” or absolutes. There are varying degrees of right and wrong. Let him know, Mike.
