Homesnap is the one that started as "take a photo of a home you're in front of, and we'll tell you what we know about it, including a 'value'".
They email every Realtor to sign up - they have free and they have paid. I guess if you've unsubscribed, you're in the 25%. It's decent, and more Google-based for agents. But they're selling stuff to agents, that's their gig, like all of them.
