Anyone ever heard of "Homesnap"?

It is one of the apps I use daily. My mls has an app, this one is easier. I like that it has an area of the lot lines. Also I can message the listing broker.

The satellite map with the lot lines overlaid is probably my favorite feature but I still rarely log on to the app. I just don't tend to need to do property searches on the go that much. If I do, I just call my admin and have him send me the listing sheet.

Homesnap is the one that started as "take a photo of a home you're in front of, and we'll tell you what we know about it, including a 'value'".

They email every Realtor to sign up - they have free and they have paid. I guess if you've unsubscribed, you're in the 25%. It's decent, and more Google-based for agents. But they're selling stuff to agents, that's their gig, like all of them.
