As a landlord, I'd love to see a list of all current and past rentals in my condo building and at what rates they were listed for. This would give me an idea of how much rentals go for in my building. It would also enable renters to check if they are getting gouged or not.

Same goes for sale price. You should be able to see a list of current and past sale prices for units in a particular building. Obviously, you can check current and past by clicking through each search option and then finding each listing, but I am talking about a comprehensive list without so much digging.

Rental rates are not available for public knowledge.

Agreed, that's only available between the renter and the landlord.

When I find a property on Zillow that I like, I click the Heart icon so my wife can check it out at her convenience on her computer. That's nice, but she has to be logged in as me to do that.

Make a sign in with a new email address that you and your wife can both use for anything you both want to collab on.

I think that's clunky, especially when I use my email for work and other important stuff. I don't want a bunch of those silly links in my email.

We use the shared email for a number of things, including Amazon and Walmart+. We can add to each other's lists and carts that way.

Yes, but you can list your units on Zillow and thus you will have a list price. I am referring to list prices, knowing it's not necessarily the rented price.

When I was trying to find a new place it would have been nice to have a filter that would show me "existing homes/condos/etc." rather than all those homes to be built in the future. There would literally be pages and pages of "to be built" and "new construction" photos (well, images of houses drawn by computer) listing homes for sale that were actually patches of dirt someplace at that point. Weeding through all those non-viable listings to find the actual homes ready to live in was a pain.
