We are getting feedback...unfortunately, its not what we want to hear. We get priced to high a few times, do not like that its tucked behind another house, and small rooms. Other than that its good.
This is when your realtor needs to say "well have them put in an offer and I'll see what my folks say".....
Are you within comps. or below comps??? If you NEED to sell..then drop your price to below comps. Just my 2 cents : )
I agree with the above post. When you can't change what they don't like, the only thing that can change their mind (when there is this much inventory on the market) is price.
I hope so. We havent had any weekend showings which is odd...
What area are you in?
Try to stay positive but know that you might never sell in this market. A lot of areas are hurting.

How would you feel if the neighbor did the same? Just asking because I know someone it happened to. They work & have pets. Made arrangements to get the pets out, took some time off of work to do so, then came back to find they never did come. She brought the pets back in to have a knock on the door; ended up having to miss a business meeting.
If it does happen, hopefully the people driving by don't have a scheduled appointment somewhere else.
They did look at the other house first. They came out the back of that house and started asking us questions about the yard and its boundries while I was outside smoking. They asked to see the house, and I wasnt going to say no. I feel 50/50 on this, but I have to do whats right for my family...if they want to see it, they would have just made an appt later, so kills 2 birds with one stone.
Stavs, you absolutely did the right thing. Let's see. there are two dress stores in a mall. I am thinking I need to buy a dress and see an advertisement for a dress store in the mall. I go to that dress store, and look at. I like the dress, but I'm not sure..... I walk out of the store and look across the hall and see another dress store, I GO IN AND LOOK. I'm a buyer and I need a dress.
But wait!!! I shouldn't go in. I came down to the mall because of the other dress stores advertising... Right??? Wrong.
Don't feel bad. not even 50/50. You are selling your house. End of Story.

The wife and I did feel bad about it....we want to be good neighbors, but we also want to do whats right for us. We figured that since they didnt like the other back yard, they weren't interested in that house anymore, so why not look at ours
Hopefully we get a call back from them...or someone.
