i'm going to post this here as opposed to other thread bec. i dont want to start an argument. well least not tonight. why do some people jump to greed as the answer to why a house hasnt dropped in price??? that is so ignorant. no one knows their situation, excluding the OP. how stupid.

Hey girlfriend what post are you talking about so I can check it out? And yeah, there are a lot of stupid people out there spewing So many reasons why people can't drop their price there isn't even enough space here to list them all. If you don't want to post the name here, DM me - wanna check it out.

Well girls, I have been off puter most of the day, our friend drove out early this afternoon and we chatted, went to an early dinner in Palm Springs with Dogpaw. For cryin out loud it was 119 down there, I kid you not. when we got back home it was 107. Almost a cold spell compared to 119. Summer is here. We are at a little higher elevation than Palm Springs so we are usually a few degrees cooler.
Been up since 3 am..after the ridiculous idiotic drama with A#1 this morning and lack of a nap today, I am just wiped out so heading to bed. We better not get any phone calls tomorrow or I can't promise that dogpaw won't completely lose what little mind he has left. This whole thing is just unreal.
House up there is for sale, will see what happens, right now we just want OUT so a decent offer takes all..
