Nope, not at all, just incredibly organized and smart enough to hire an outstanding team to handle transaction management, short sale negotiations and office work. And excellent tech tools, including my blackberry, laptop and printer for the car, with a paid wifi connection.

I actually showed 47 of those homes yesterday and wrote two offers.

If you check the stats, you'll see I only have 697 posts in over 3 years proving I don't spend as much time here as you think. Here they are:

No showings today because I am speaking at a Women's Conference today in Orlando.

Thought about some of these posts on business cards, ordered some just for showings and will be more diligent in leaving them. Ya'll have a good day!!

47 would be tough here because most of our owner occupied lockboxes are coded to start at 9am. Even if you ran from 9-9 straight out here that would be 24-36 homes at the most. I could see getting in 47 if most were in subdivisions close to each other, cutting out the travel time and you could start like at 6am.

I'd poke my eyeballs out with a #2 pencil if a normal day was showing 40+ homes.

Ugh.

I'd probably end up giving them my Supra Key and pass out in the car.

No, just carry and blender and make it a moving margarita party. If you are showing that many they have to be in walking distance from each other.
