Big howdy to everyone else and guess I should check emails then drag my sorry butt down to the office. Woke up yesterday with a monster headache so worked out of the house, but i swear if people don't see my truck in front of the office . . . geesh, why I have people so I don't have to be there all the time, but they don't see my truck and it's like Might have to post a sign that says 'Just because you don't see the owner's truck does not mean anything is wrong. She is the Jefa and can work from home if she wants. Thank you for your understanding" lol Later Gators.
That's kinda funny^

Well, not just a Pom but he named her Bella which is what Tex's sister named her pup - thought was pretty cosmic. Have to admit she's a cute little thing. Looks a lot like Sasha Anne, but on a smaller scale. Good to see you - well you know what I mean

Morning out there, Had the showing today if you can call it that. Went out the front door to sweep and they were backing out, they stopped and said Oh sorry - saw the house - it's to big......didn't even come in this time but found out that they looked at it last yr and just forgot. They want 1500 sq ft and well that is half of my house. Another wasted day...same oh ***** different day.

Lacey Hopefully this will be a short round for Mr. L and he will decide to do the surgery and be better for the holidays.

OKAy Gals How did you decide on the names for your pets? I know Tex's was after her friends hubby the singer and all but what about the rest of you?

When I said "that's kinda funny" I was referring to you talking about your truck not being at the office LOL!

I got my Pom shortly after my Golden died and my daughter was several months pregnant. I had been playing with the nickname Peanut for soon to be GS in my mind and then when I found my Pom online his coloring (Parti white and cream) and looks reminded me of a little peanut...so I asked daugher while showing her his online picture, if she minded if I named the Pom Peanut instead of nickname for GS, and she assured me that would be just fine!

For CoCo, I admit I copied other people picking the name. It just sounded girly to me and then there is the Coco Chanel reference I guess.

We named our Golden Retriever O.J. >> I told people it was for orange juice (his color) but we also got him right after the Simpson not guilty verdict.

Guys, quick question. how soon do you get the mortgage pre-qual letter before looking at homes and do they have a time limit/do they expire? oh and do they cost 50$? thanks, will catch up soon, DH is really mad about trying to get this mortgage thing going.

Painter it is so hard to come up with the right name. We should have named Willow Wilma since to me she looks like a Wilma and not a willow.lol
We once had a siamese cat who I ended up calling TC for the cat. Couldn't think of a good name for him.

Stoy we never charged for a pre-qual but you want a pre approval letter and they may charge for that. A pre-qual is equivalent to "toilet paper". With a pre-approval all you need is the contract and appraisal.

Annual seemed to go good! of course I FASTED for the cholesterol and all the bloodwork....I waited in office for 1 hr. 15 min. just to see the doc! Had EKG done and was good. Funny, Last year had my first and they sent me to Cardio specialist! thought something was funky with the r waves? She told me I had borderline low voltage last year and that was why she sent me. I had stress test (treadmill)and u/s of heart! and all was perfect! Doc had said it was the way my chest wall was situated --that's why the reading was the way it was...! whew. You don't know how stressed and nervous I was for that...This year much better she told me... I said to her do I need to put my finger in an electric socket >LOL to get higher voltage? LOL>>> She laughed..She said it's the chest -the actually boobs with density of them?? Shel? is that right>? LOLL>>>>I had no symptoms for any of whatever was strange on reading last year.

Have to go for colonoscopy soon!! She gave me a few docs names (one was her own!)but I don't think they take my ins.! so I have to settle for the men doing it!! ovay! Also vascular surgeon for a few of those varicose veins upper legs? She said to get u/s of 2 legs to make sure there is no backup? in the legs...then would require surgery..otherwise I could do all this by laser.....Next week for u/s. I sound like I am 80 LOL>>>> THank you for all your prayers.

I ended up not eating for over 18 hrs. I got bloodwork done after appt...6 vials of blood!! lol...then went to Wegmans....

Lacey- no time for GB. Tomorrow for sure. I was beyond hungry. It was weird.... Had to go food shopping then get kids off bus!

BBL girls. Will *** soon!
