LOL, Yep for here it is alot of interest...but not enough evidently..still no offers. Havent heard from the broker who had the hurry fast fast need answers now dude...guess the buyers are the only one that need to hear answers fast...me I sit and wait and wait.
Got all the dang shrubs done finally...last 40' trimmed, raked and hauled off today. Keep telling myself this is the last time I will have to tackle those bad boys...I hope, I pray...not gonna do them again in a couple of months!
Painter...what were some of the questions that the "hurry, hurry fast" dude needed answering? Might give us some insight into what the decision making points are. They could be on pins and needles, trying to figure out what a good offer would be. Do you know anything about the potential buyers? Would the offer be contingent on selling their house first? Where are they moving from? Guess you'll have to keep "hedging" your bets!

Tambre, they wanted add'l photos, info on the barn and a price to buy all the land since they have horses, and if I was "ready" to be out quick. Since they were in such a rush to hear answers WE thought they would respond fast but....I got an email which I didn't open till this morning from my agent saying....Buyers broker was MEETING them last night to go over it. Now does that mean the offer is coming ? My agent said instead of going to meet them with info he could just call them so she sees this as a GOOD thing.........another day of waiting is in order for me. From what I understand these folks have to get here fast for what ever reason and the broker told us that this place fits exactly what they want.......soooooooo here I go again.
