Who even would think of this? I feel arteries hardening as I watch. Actually, they would probably be really good with some bleu cheese on them, I'd imagine. Eat one, and hey, your calorie limit for the day is done.

We boil the wings and bake them on a broiler pan. You'd be surprised how much fat is rendered-out that way - and they're still quite crispy. Most folks can't tell they're not fried. Having said that - no, I don't boil ribs before BBQing them. I have to draw the line somewhere .
