salads, I like to add things like sugarsnap peas, & make a garlic dressing. But that is for summer, I don't care for them so much (salads) in winter.
They are nice as a pasta alternative, I like them with pesto.
I think they are also good in an Aisan style stir fry, with some nuts & a dressing with soy, sesame oil & some honey. Add more veg, like carrots & broccoli & cabbage shreds or whatever you like. Have this with rice & you have a good dinner.
I don't use them at all. A few years ago I decided to buy one of those gadgets that would spiral veggies. Well I am not one to waste too much money and I usually am pretty sure i will use something before I buy it: this was not the case: I decided it would be fun, got one and it soon became an item for sale at our nearest thrift store.

I bought a few pks at the store but realized the shape is pretty but actually hard to deal with...wasted money.
And I've started using them to make zucchini palatable to DH as a side dish, cooked with garlic, salt and olive oil only to the point that it's still crunchy. He refused to eat zucchini before because it was always cooked to the point of being mushy (and I agreed with him).
I may start messing with other vegies, but the cheapy spiralizer I bought might not handle them well.
