Picking up Apples today for Apply Pie in a Jar and Apple Sauce

Ok , being the Salsa is flying off the Shelf here I am making another few Batches of them today.

ALso got another Recipe for Jelly witch uses Applecider so will work on that tomorrow .......

How is everyone doing ?

Got another 11 pints fo Salsa done last Night... Yawn late Night being I had to do run errands and finish the Salsa after I got home . Oh well all done now

17 pints of applesauce. My sister was helping me; she hasn't canned before.

Next up is green tomato salsa and/or chutney. I have a boatload of 'em all chopped up in the basement fridge.

Apple pie in the Jar is next for me and apple sauce as well. Wanted to have this done by now but with 2 homecomings and 2 kids going its been busy

but I did make some Applycider & Cranberry Jelly.... and then ran out of small Jars ! lol so i got more and will do them today.

12 quarts of Apple Pie in a Jar
7 Pint of Apple sauce and 4 Quarts Apple Sauce , that will be enough as I still have some from last year.

We have put all the canning stuff away. I will do some oil for Christmas but that is it until next summer.

Making green tomato salsa as we speak; probably about 10 pints.

And I still have about 15 cups of chopped green tomatoes in the fridge. Any ideas?
