This one isn't secret but I will share anyway.
I never told people how I made it, I just let them think I was amazing.

I used to make meatloaf with the recipe on the Lipton Onion Soup label. I of course added sour dough bread instead of plain bread crumbs. Sometimes barbeque sauce to the mix as well.

You know how people usually put a sauce over the meatloaf to give it more flavor? Never needed it when I made it, people would RAVE about it. I also used one of those pans that looks like a bread pan that had an insert for the grease to run off.

I also have a friend who makes a Greek Mac and Cheese, I think he said it was called Pastito. It has Feta in it, its a casserole from heaven. Wonderful stuff.

I add a packet of beef gravy mix to my meatloaf and also into my homemade vegetable soup! (Just be careful when adding salt as this has a lot in it! )

My husbands very Italian uncle told me to put Vodka in my "gravy" aka spaghetti sauce. It cuts the acid from the tomato.
