I got up this morning, got it together, and walked the dog a mile through the aqua-duct, then we headed east and went around the other side of town to the ATM for a deposit, got an ice coffee, and headed back home for another 2 miles. Along the way I had a bag of brie cheese and I tried to train her. She's been barking at strangers lately, and it's getting to be too much. She did pretty good and was tuckered out for about 30 minutes and is ready to go again. Darn min pins.

Agreed to a fight in November in the over 35 master's category. I have four months to get into fighting condition. I'll probably get my ass handed to me regardless since it's been about ten years since I've been in the ring and my prospective opponent is several years younger and a former regional Golden Gloves champ. That's alright, it won't be my first or last beating I'll take in life. Gotta get my roadwork in...
