I'm noticing the longer my hair gets (it hits about at the bottom of my shoulder blades in back, and I don't want to grow it much longer) the harder it is to sleep on it without it turning into a tangled mess by morning. Sleeping in a loose ponytail (the non-snagging kind, thick band) was what I used to do, but I worried it would yank out all my hair. I've heard satin pillowcases help. And nightcaps, but I seriously can't picture myself in a nightcap. My Grandma wears those! LOL

My hair is 23 inches long...I fight it every night trying to sleep...Grrrrrr...
I`ll consider wearing one of those Grandma caps..after the lights go out, etc..just to keep it under control, maybe.

I use PhotoBucket, with a private account. I call it Boto*****et, though, because I have pages of TOS violations. I'm just posting pics of my Sims characters, and apparently they're "too hot for Photobucket!"

Yes, I said I had 2 parties...one last night for family and the one I clearly didn't think through tonight!

I'm worried it would be hot. I've never worn one. But I did hear someone say they use a hairnet at night, and it works, well.

I found this video and this is what I've been doing, lately:

I wake up in the middle of the night and my hair is trapped under me... I gotta move it around to not rip it out of me head. LOL

My SIL and I go back and forth on this. She puts a clip in hers while she sleeps. She would say how could I sleep with my hair just loose? And I would say how could she sleep with a painful clip in her hair? She said it would get tangled up with her hubs. I just pull it up and away on the pillow.

I could never sleep with a clip!

It's easier for me to pull it up and away if I've blown it dry, straight. If I've let it dry naturally, it's wavy, and things get messy.
