I am in college and I meet cute girls and we start talkign and then they tell me personal things about them like about their parents, future aspirations, and even tell me about their ex bfs sometimes! I always wonder if that automatically puts me in the "friend zone" or if their is some romantic interest involved like that she trusts me enough to tell me things I didn't even ask to hear. How can I avoid not being in the "friend zone" only in the future?

Talking about "personal" things may indicate interest, but remember that most women like to share and often talk about personal issues with their friends, so it doesn't necessarily mean anything.
How can you avoid not being in the friend zone? Ask the woman out on a date. At the end of the day the only way you're going to know for sure is take the next step. Or if you're very lucky she will. If you get a yes then you're already out of the friend zone, if you get a no then you were definitely already zoned.

Certainly no sex (she doesn't want to ruin a "good" thing) and probably no cleavage - unless she's got a hot date later.
