Three years ago was probably worse - that's exactly when all these people going to Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean's only had to get passports. Anyway... will just have to deal with the PITA...

Actually, it's much quicker now. Last ones my sister got (about a year ago) were back in under 2 weeks. They've really streamlined the process now.
