Ok, just ended up here in those mysterious click here, click there intertweb kind of things and stumbled upon this and had to register. (looks like a good forum anway). I actually was looking up some city info.
I'm active on a "deal" site forum and I USED to have my pic up. Well, I'm not exactly 20, but I'm FAR from, say, 90. First comment I got was "MILF-lol."
It didn't bother me in the least, in fact, I "lol'ed", but let's just say my pic is no longer there. And that's my boring story. When I get "GMILF-lol" - then I might have to leave the site. lol
There's no other way to take it. If one does not wish to insert sexuality into their communication, they should avoid using the term "MILF."
It's already been mentioned on this thread how the term MILF evolved over time and now it's just a synonym for an attractive woman who is past a certain age.

That's great, but whoever believes that to be the case is gravely mistaken.
I got called a MILF today by a teen boy at the store, and his mom (who he was there with) looked in horror and proceeded to chew him out and apologize to me! It was kinda surreal...but funny at the same time.

There was no need for her to apologize. It's not your fault you're attractive (in fact, being attractive is a good thing). The other mom was probably just jealous of you.
