Had an interesting night tonight. Someone left the staff a treasure trove of old-time candy - stuff like Mary Janes, root beer barrels, Bazooka bubble gum and, last but not least, MY personal three favorites (which are now residing in your author's "Oddities" room):

Long Boys Chocolate - a Tootsie Roll knock-off but with an amusing illustration of a...well, a "long boy" on the wrapper. (Let your imaginations run wild)
Phil, do you leave near a Cracker Barrel? Their stores usually have all kinds of hard-to-find, old-fashioned candy. You might be able to find some there.
