Well you know what I am talking about. Did you take it personally? Would you stay in the relationship if it happened all the time? Men: What are some reasons for that (aside from physical, medication, alcohol, drugs). Is it a mental issue? Please note, I am NOT talking about my husband..He doesn't have any problems with that!!!!

It happens to all guys. It's not a big deal, as long as he reassured me that it had nothing to do with him not being attracted to me.

It's perfectly normal occasionally. If it happened all the time it would be an issue which needed to be talked about and, as long as the relationship was otherwise healthy, a good reason for a medical checkup.

Hmmmm, I don't recall this ever happening to my husband except for once when he had WAaaaayyyyy to much to drink.

If there were no other reason for it, yes...I would take it personally. Not the right answer I know, but I know myself and I'd be insulted.

I've had it happen, yes. If it was a regular thing, then yeah, I'd have a problem with it. Depending on what sort of relationship we had, we'd deal with it accordingly. And no, I'd never take it personally.

General rule that doctors use is, If the man in his sleep often gets or wakes up with a erection, the problem is psychological.

Never had a problem with that... but if it starts happening the key is to take the pressure off and just tell him to relax. Even if they are super tired and just came from the gym or has a fever/flu, it is still possible to complete the task. It's just a matter of not getting the core muscles too tense.
