I'm thinking trout cleaned out and thyme and lemmon and thrown over a wood fire... dogwalker isn't much of a fish eater I hope I can sway her taste someday.

I likey with a good tasting tartar sauce.

sometimes i mix some good catsup with Best Foods mayo & a bit of sweet relish, or 1000 islands dressing.

Sometimes we use this with fish fillets. catfish or crappie usually is what we have it for, or smaller bass. I always release the bigger bass.
