My advice is to stop posting your age, sex and relationship status and you won't be getting contacts like that.

Not sure how you presented it but if I see a thread and some gal starts posting up that she is single it is VERY likely that she is putting that information out there for obvious reasons.

P.S. We've had a poster or two around here who makes a habit of sending the ladies PM's, flirting with them, making provocative posts on their contact page etc. There is always 1-2% on the prowl.

I understand what you are saying.... for example they asked if I would consider a "fixer upper" house. I mentioned that I was a single female that lacked those abilities. The whole thread seemed harmless enough. I just find it rude that "pictures" become the request.

You got targeted. A lot of times it happens just by normal conversation, innocent enough, but I think it quickly turns ulterior.
