I had installed a 1500 watt inverter in my work van which came in handy when a tornado knocked out our power. I was able to keep the fridge running and being a diesel the long idling periods didn't affect it.
A UPS that you can buy for computers may be sufficient to run the tank pump during outages.
My ol' 37' Pace Arrow motorhome has an inverter, & Onan 6.5k generator.
cuz I said so lol. There are ways to tell, but it's not as if I can tell. I've had these two angel fish alone for the past 5 or 6 years and the bigger one would always pick on the little one. So, I figured the bigger one was the guy. She was always gimpy with an abnormal feeler.
Community colleges provide a lot of bang for the buck. For me, I think education is only as good as the effort you put into it. Some of the bigger colleges and universities it is sorta a rip off in a lot of ways, you're sitting in a huge class where half the time the professors aren't even teaching the course, it's some aide or PhD student.
Not too mention you're a lot further in debt.
But heck, I guess it sounds good on resume, except the only problem is, once you've got a few years of relevant work experience under you're belt, most people/employers don't really give a rip about what school you attended....
Can you get the job done now ?
Yep, i've gone to quite a few classes, partly under the GI Bill, & the Trade Readjustment Act when Firestone moved the plant down to Mexico.
I don't know what the hell I walked into, but this reminds me of my cosmetologist appointment this weekend.
