Look at the way he treats other guys. If he hangs out with the "cool" ones or the good looking ones odds are he is a player. Or if they all have one single trait when they are together.
Dress and hair are styles. You can look well still not be a player.
Sales people do smooth talking.

Ladyturquoise, the simple fact of the matter is that if you're trying to spot a real player (one who legitimately cheats on women, not just a ***** hound that the haters throw labels at) then you're not going to have much luck by looking at the way they dress or comb their hair. Players come in all different forms.
