I've been married now (second time) for 3 years now, together for 4.
We have had some disputes (mostly minor) about the kids (mine and his which are both "late teens") , but overall blissfully, happily married.
I truly found my equal counterpart and soulmate, and it took a long time (30+ years) to find him!
We are totally happy, tremendously blessed, and I wouldn't give him up for anything......sorry, can't speak for him, but since I bought him a new Harley, I am "the best wifey on the planet" to him....LOL.

Hi, I have been married almost 31 years to the best guy...we have two adult sons ages 29 and 26, no grandkids yet..do grand dogs count..oh and a grand kitty.

For the most part it has been good. He and I have both had our ups and downs, and its still hard work, but worth it. We raised good kids and that is our highest honor..we have a good life but have earned that life with both of us working hard and trying to be good people...

We feel blessed to have each other!

Less than 8 years. Unhappily. Will be celebrating papers served this year. Then I am headed for happy hour, or a plane to Paris.

Wait a minute. Why would you be going to Paris, the so-called "City of Romance", to celebrate your filing for divorce? At least go somewhere like Nice or somewhere they are still French, still drink and have the joie de vivre --because goodness knows a passionate Frenchman/woman can make you forget about a lot!

Warning: This post is intended to be humorous, not offensive. The stereotypes included herein are not intended to reflect upon any particular individual. If you know of a particular French citizen whom you find less than passionate and/or unable to make you forget about anything for a while, my most sincere sympathy is extended to you.

I married an angel 18 years ago and we get along because I recognize and readily admit that I cause 80% of the problems. I'm working to improve.
