And to those of us who say "you should just try and make an effort", you don't get it. WE DID make an effort. And it got us NOWHERE.....just gave us a negative opinion of American women. What do you expect us to do when there's no positive reinforcement?

To all who are offended or think it's gross or whatever to "rub one out" need to grow the hell up. Everyone in the world pleasures themselves at some point or more likely rather regularly. But please let me clarify that I don't look at porn all the time. I am not some fat, lazy guy jerking off to porn all day everyday. I don't even wack it that much. It's really not a big deal. Grow up.

Man. I really wish I could give you and the OP advice as to what to do. Lord knows I do.
I have been rejected by literally hundreds of women (bars, classmates, coworkers, volunteers, friends, etc). The number of successes I can count on one hand (success defined as a kiss or more). Considering that ratio, if luck had been slightly against me, I could very well be a mid-30s virgin who had never been kissed.
-You have to realize right away that the dating game is totally and completely unfair. So don't expect the results of the next guy no matter what you do.
-Realize that in the US, there are actually more women than men. So, just based on sheer stats, there has to be one for you.
-You could throw in the towel. But I'd rather go out kicking and screaming till the day I die. I've realized I may very well do that and still be alone. So be it. At least I gave it a shot.
