That's why I switched over to quinoa with cinnamon, apple and ground flax or dried cranberries, slivered almonds and flax...well that and I was always hungry about 2 hours after breakfast with oatmeal.

The Earth Fare house brand doesn't leave me feeling hungry like the other brands.

Is it in a specialty store or regular grocery store? I don't remember seeing that brand in HT

The closest one to me is about 35 minutes away.

We have a Trader Joe, Fresh Market and Whole Foods not too far away though.

Whole Foods is opening a store here this spring, the good news is their presense will cause HT to get their health food prices in line.

I feel like I've been gang raped every time I go to a whole foods store.

That place is so damn expensive.

There is a place called Bristol Farms here that is pretty similar as well,I notice that they have a tendency to put those stores in the nice expensive neighborhoods.
