It reminded me that while it's better to route travel through TX in the winter, it's not such a great idea to do it in the spring and summer. I recall one vacation starting as hell because the flight to Cancun was via Houston, not Phoenix.
What happened?

Sat on the plane for a few hours because of some "weather" in Houston. It was getting close to missing the connecting flight to Cancun. After they found me a plane to Phoenix (it's not like I was dying to fly through Houston) and I was about to move to it, the other one announced it was taking off and I was in the middle not knowing on which plane my baggage ended up.

I haven't been on a plane in a few yrs, We flew to Vegas a few yrs ago, that is a quick ride, plane barely gets level in the air, then you start decending....

My last company sent me to Milwaukee a few times for training, what is that about 3 hours or so... I can't recall.

Yeah Airliners suck, every time you turn around they are trying to add some BS fees and whatnot.

They add fees like there's no tomorrow, they oogle the women when they are passing the scan, they throw away your nail clippers, they make you buy more shampoo when you reach your destination, they make you buy new bags that "fit" their requirements, they are never on time, they often "cancel" on you. They have so many requirements, that I am so fed up with them. Does the government really need to be involved in flight? Can't they just hire a policeman on board, like other companies who hire guards, instead of restricting the consumer? They are out of control.

I use a pound of pasta with 2 cups of cheese...I'm not sure if the whole box is 2 cups or not, never measured it out.

Just had some mac and cheese that I made. I always follow the directions on the package, lol. It never occured to me to put it in the oven. Instead of the time they suggest, I always give it about 10 more minutes and add about an ounce of sharp cheddar to the cheese powder. Comes out good. I was wondering though... when you guys put the mac in the oven, do you cook it the on the stove-top first. And how long?

Im sure just any moment now the CD gods will inform me that I won the CD Most Informative Poster contest and award me with my $5,000. I'm going to buy a new puppy for my 4 year old for her birthday and send a new macbook to my in-laws in mother Russia to replace their broken PC so that they can skype with their grandaughter.

Yep. Any minute now I'll hear the "Congrats Lao on being the most informative poster". Any minute.
