It's probably just someone trying to make you feel nicer. Who even takes those Valentine's cards seriously anyway?
Well, every Valentine's Day card I've gotten and sent in the past had a name on each one, either that of a girl/woman that I was dating or liked me or I liked, that's why I take them seriously, and I definitely would not sign any such cards as "Secret Admirer".
Thanks LovesMountains, to make a long story short, I've been romantically involved with 5 women, from junior year in high school (1974) until just over 9 years ago. Ever since early 2003, I've had the worst luck with meeting the special woman I'm looking for, and I've met a number of them in the last nine years, and I've never done anything that would drive them away. I am a type one diabetic (I have to take insulin shots) and I am very healthy, but for some reason that scared many of them away.
I'll have to wait and see what this secret admirer is like.
Type 2 diabetes scares off a lot of people as well, don't let it worry you. I would just go with the mysterious side of things and let it play out and see what happens, it is only 7 days away right?

Any progress on the "mystery woman"? I think it's cute but at the same time, how old are we? LOL...I'm hoping it's not a prank. It would make for a really nice story to share with your friends/family, kids, etc

I would just ignore it until and unless someone came forward saying it was from them. I had a secret admirer and this is how I handled it. I never found out who it was--unless I ended up dating him and he just never admitted it.
