When you meet a date for the first time, what is the FIRST thing that you notice about them, whether it's physical or having to do with their personality? When I first met my guy, I noticed his gorgeous smile and the way he was looking at me.
Truthfully, since I normally would see them from a distance first, walking up to them, I would have to say that the first thing I notice is how they are dressed. I can't really see much else until I get very close to them.
If you have artistic aptitude, then you won't miss much. Relax.
Yes I look at every detail: facial expression, mannerisms, posture, interactions..
I notice the eyebrow distance, shape of eyelids, laugh lines, shape of face...and more...Robert.

Their teeth.
Not their smile, just the cleanliness of their mouth/teeth.
I don't have an particulars about the face, other than whether or not I think she's cute. I met a woman recently, who if I were to analyze her, has a slightly crooked nose I guess. Not sure about her teeth, or other specific features. I just think she's cute. She also has a nice body. She has a quirky personality that may be a good match for me, we'll see
A lot of people have a "teeth fetish," or they really notice them.
I had a friend like that. He should have been an orthodontist, but he was in marketing. We were sitting at an outdoor patio restaurant happy hour. He was drinking and a was little too far gone. I was ordering Cokes. This woman at an adjacent table, probably mixed race of several things, began a conversation with me, so we started talking and found out we had grown up within 10 miles of each other.
I then wrapped up since they were leaving, and turned to my friend. I said "She seems pretty cool."
Since he's loud when he's drunk, and quiet when he's not, he said "Except for that big gap in her teeth."
She heard him, came back to our table, and started telling him off, with everybody around us listening to this altercation.
