Honestly, I never paid any attention to it. I guess I just see each individual couple and judge them accordingly. I never did a broad conclusion and said only these guys are getting all the women.
It would depend on your definition of "top quality," wouldn't it? A guy who's looking for NSA sex is going to pick a different woman than a guy who's looking to settle down.
Even when I was in college I didn't date frat boys. Never liked them. However I find it hard to believe they are getting the top quality (whatever that means)women unless they are dating cute sorority girls.
I mean the women in your city that turn heads everywhere they go because of their beauty, what kind of men are hooking up with them?

Why do you define this as the sole element of "top quality"? Sometimes it's the look, other times its how in shape they are and their flair for fashion. But the real top quality girl is the one who is put together well and also has good character.
There are a lot of very good looking men and women where I live but I've noticed most people are loners, they aren't hanging out in couple form.
Besides, how does one know a woman is 'top quality' just by looking at her? Is it her coat? Her clothes? Her purse? The way she does her hair/makeup? I don't think those things can make a person top quality.

If my observations are any measure, any man can be the guy who gets the top quality (whatever that means) girl around here.
